This whole week, the entire MBBC family will take time out to honor and appreciate our beloved Senior Pastor as he will be celebrating his natal day on Wednesday, July 15.
Starting tomorrow afternoon, the Pastor’s week-long festivities will kick-off with a Preachers’ Fellowship here, together with some invited pastor-friends and partners in the ministry. And then on Tuesday night, he will be going to Angeles City for a joint birthday celebration there with the northern congregations of Angeles, Bataan and Tarlac, as well as the mission works we have in Pampanga, Paniqui, La Union and Pangasinan.
On the very night of his birthday, he will be joining the dads of our church and their sons for a Father and Son Fellowship at the National Sports Grill in Greenbelt. The Php 600.00 buffet dinner date with the pastor will also be a bonding moment among the fathers and their sons, and even those single men who look up to the pastor as their own father in the faith.
Then, on Thursday Night, the pastor would like to have a full-house New Life Bible Class as the church’s birthday gift for him that night. He would like to see flocks of people who should hear the gospel as he himself would be preaching, if and only if, the house is full on Thursday.
Friday Night is his special night with the brethren over at the south, the Cavite-based works in Imus, Tanza and Cavite City. The pastor would like to have the night spent with him over at Tagaytay in a nice and cozy restaurant where he could have fellowship with the Cavite folks.
The Novaliches, Valenzuela and Taguig congregations will be having lunch out on Saturday, right after the special medical mission, over at Itallianis in Trinoma, QC.
And finally, we have the Main Church giving the pastor their big treat on Sunday the 19th, the climax event for the entire week, which is also Pastor’s Sunday.
